"Stunning Place" GARY MERCER (BEACH HUT 1) | stayed on 2022-09

Another fantastic stay in Beach Hut 1 in our favourite holiday Village. Shaldon itself is such a beautiful place and the people around are so friendly too. The gate from the patio leads you onto the beach and the Cafe / Restaurant next door is excellent too!! Can’t wait to return next year!!

"Beach Hut 1" SHARON (BRISTOL) | stayed on 2022-10

What an amazing place to stay…..the view from the patio area is lovely as you are basically nearly on the beach and it’s so relaxing to just sit there and watch the world go by. The beach hut itself is very well equipped with some lovely touches and spotlessly clean. The underfloor heating worked well as the nights got a bit chilly and made it very cosy. The cafe next door was excellent and obviously very convenient. Can’t wait to come back sometime soon!

"Perfect!!" NICOLA (WARRINGTON ) | stayed on 2022-10

We have just returned from a three night break. We absolutely loved this cutie beach hut. We have nothing negative to say at all , the word PERFECT sums it up. We will be most definitely be returning . Thank you

Traditional British seaside holiday back in fashion

The UK coastal areas are set to see an influx of holidaymakers heading to the regions this summer, as more Brits are planning to spend their summer holiday at a seaside location.

According to the results of the research, 58% of the 3000 people surveyed stated they will be heading to the coast.

The same research also found that us Brits will spend more than ever on our holidays, spending £729.80 on the breaks, which boosts the UK economy by almost £20bn. In 2013, the same survey found just 31% of people visited a coastal location, which shows the rise in popularity of the seaside holiday.
